Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy

At Bhaseen Sports, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are aligned to offer transparent, customer-friendly service while complying with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Accepted product condition: Items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any).

  • Return method: Returns can be initiated in-store or by mail.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any dismantling charges (if applicable).

  • Return label: Not provided by Bhaseen Sports.

  • Restocking fees: No restocking fees will be charged.

Please email us at info@bhaseensports.in with your order number and product details to request a return authorization before shipping the item back.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for the same item based on stock availability. If the replacement product is not available, an upgrade can be requested by paying the price difference.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • For cancelled orders (before shipping), the full amount will be refunded within 3–4 working days.

Important Notes

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Bulk or customized orders are subject to management approval for returns or cancellations.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
